@GarageGymReviews Designers are missing the obvious with those pull-pins inside the handles. Just make the part your hand touches go all the way across the same width as the handle, in parallel, so when you grip it all of your fingers lay over the pull-part to pull the pin out and with the springloaded build it releases the pin when you let go. Easy and intuitive. No odd thumb-around-handle-and-two-random-fingers-pulling-pin bullshid.

With most of the hand placements your hands stop at chest level anyway because there is no camber for most of the bar. I don't understand the point of this bar, honestly.

Either way, I am so glad Coop found out what material Boyyawn used to make his logo...I would have otherwise lost sleep tonight, tossing and turning pondering this neverending haunting question - "what the heck was that logo made out of?'

ive been eyeing; sports royal power cage; mikolo, and, ULTRA FUEGO Power Cage. Im looking for the multifunctional power cage with the attachments that i can stomach because creating a home gym is expensive even if you can cut cost.

Haha awesome home gym. Id offer my home gym up for viewing but my setup is way more economical. Built my dumbbell rack out of 2x12 douglas fir. One car garage too. Built it before covid so it was perfect timing. I started with a ceiling pull up bar. Then added a skierg, rogue bike, cable machine, and assault runner. Next items will be concept2 rower, peppin adjustable dumbbell and rearrange my 2x12 shelving system, and a folding rack. Oh and i built a diy sled.

Coop! Thanks for this great video. Couple questions. I've seen some people make their own cold plunge, king of a DIY. Any thoughts there? I get that you're just reviewing what's out there, but a video on a good DIY solution, using a chiller / filtration system would be awesome. Also, I've seen some guys actually convert the spa / hot tub of their backyard pool to a cold plunge. Cbum was one of these. Any idea how you would do that, what would be required? I suppose just buying a chiller and having it plumbed in? Seemed like kind of a cool solution. Thanks!
